Borgoparvo Countryvilla is an ancient courtyard in the Marche region, completely renovated in 2013, which today houses a charming B&B in Sirolo, on the slopes of Monte Conero.
The location is strategic for those who want to enjoy a holiday of absolute relaxation in the unspoiled nature of the Conero Park;
the B&B is located in the immediate vicinity of the Conero Golf Club, just five minutes from the splendid villages of
Sirolo and Numana and the most beautiful beaches of the Conero Riviera.
The Due Sorelle beach, San Michele beach, Sassi Neri beach, Urbani beach and Spiaggiola are easily reached
as well as the splendid bays of Portonovo and the nearby Mezzavalle.
Inspired by the wonderful surrounding landscape, it has been designed to make your experience unique and give you maximum comfort. Here you will find spacious rooms immersed in a unique natural context, at decidedly competitive rates.

ROOMS
The B&B has been created in one of the three buildings in the courtyard of Borgoparvo Countryvilla
which houses 7 rooms, each with a private patio and independent entrance from the garden.
The rooms, equipped with every comfort, have modern and functional furnishings made to measure with ecological materials and paints, respecting health, nature and in harmony with the surrounding environment.
Each room has been carefully designed to ensure guests have everything they need during their stay.

Rooms
Modern furnishings, natural materials and fresh, bright colors in all rooms, overlooking the garden and surrounding countryside.
All with independent entrance from shaded patio for exclusive use, are equipped with double bed, air conditioning, LED TV, telephone, WiFi, safe,_cc781905-5cde- 3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_minibar, mosquito nets on the windows, internal bathroom with hairdryer and courtesy services.
The Gazebo
Next to the rooms, among the olive trees and with a breathtaking view of the surrounding fields, our guests can enjoy the relaxation of a large gazebo equipped to enjoy absolute relaxation in the midst of nature.
The breakfast
Breakfast is served in the summer in the shade of a large gazebo, created in the old barn.
Every morning the buffet is full of sweet and savory cakes, biscuits, pancakes, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals and jams prepared at home. Great care is taken in the choice of ingredients, favoring local products to guarantee freshness and authenticity.
Daily rearrangement
All rooms are cleaned every day; the rearrangement will be carried out if the room is made available by 11.00. We change the towels every three days, the bed linen is changed weekly A laundry service is available upon request.
The garden
A long avenue of pines leads to the large garden surrounded by fields of wheat and sunflowers and open to the view of the surrounding hills. Here, shaded areas among the olive trees and bamboo canes, pedestrian walkways and sunbathing areas are available to guests, furnished to enjoy maximum relaxation and the beauty of the surrounding countryside.
Free Wi-Fi
The Wi-Fi connection is available free of charge in each room ed in the whole structure, under the large gazebo and in the garden, to allow you to stay connected enjoying full relaxation in the open air.

Walks in the Park
Borgoparvo is located along one of the d_known paths of the Conero Park one of the 18 paths that cross all the environments present within the protected area. At the beginning of the path there is a trail start panel indicating the number of the route, the walking time, the difficulty and the description. Close to the main crossroads there are wooden poles with arrows indicating the directions. It is possible to visit the Conero Park on foot, on horseback or by mountain bike directly from our structure, thanks to the agreement with the stables very close to the b&b and the collaboration with expert mountain bike and e-bike guides that you can rent and have on site.

The Marches are a very famous national shopping center, everyone in the world knows the names of the prestigious brands that produce inimitable works of high fashion but few know that they are designed and made right in the Marches.
